Residents got into the Olympic spirit this week with our own version of Olympic games.
Thanks to a great group of volunteer students from St. Teresa’s Academy who organized the day, everyone enjoyed air hockey, balloon volleyball, and the javelin toss (using swimming pool noodles).
Participants represented different countries, and were awarded medals for the most games won. Italy was the big winner of the day and took home the gold, followed by Poland with the silver and Japan with the bronze.
Many thanks to the young women from St. Teresa’s for a truly grand day.
