
Tracy Giammatteo Warriner – Social Worker
Tracy has spent her life in the Kansas City area. She has been married for 16 years and has a 13 year old son and a 2 year old daughter. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2004 from Avila University and is currently in the Master of Social Gerontology program at the University of Central Missouri. She spent two years in the home care industry before moving to nursing home social work. She has worked in both long-term care and skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Tracy prefers long-term care because she is able to become part of the lives of those she serves and is very happy to be a part of the Little Sisters of the Poor Jeanne Jugan Center family.
Michelle Biondo – Director of Development
Michelle began her career in fund development in 2000 as the Development Director for Cabot Westside Health Center where she worked on a capital campaign to build a new health center for indigent residents living on the west side of Kansas City. Shortly after the completion of the campaign, Michelle branched out as a non-profit business development consultant and worked with multiple non-profit organizations in the Kansas City area such as the Health Department of Kansas City, Wayside Waifs, St. Mark Child & Family Development Center, and Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center. Michelle earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Masters in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. Michelle grew up in Raytown just a few blocks from Little Sisters of the Poor and now resides in Lee’s Summit.
